Eat MORE And LOSE Weight

You might find yourself asking "Why am I overweight?"

Well, there is a simple answer to this question - because you are eating the wrong foods, the wrong types of calories, and at the wrong time of day.

Think closely about what you are going to read below, since it will change the way you think about dieting.

FOOD is the most powerful part of dieting. Sure you can take weight loss pills, and you can exercise, but that takes extra time and extra money that you do NOT want to spend. You are fat because you are not eating the right foods at the right times.

Not eating the right food at the right time of the day will cause your body to store calories as fat tissue which is what causes you to become fat.

So do you want to be SKINNY?

Well, its fairly simple, you must eat the RIGHT FOOD at the RIGHT TIME of day!!!

So now your asking yourself "What food do I eat and when do I eat it?"

Well, I'm sure you have tried low calorie, low fat, or low carb diets. I hate to break it to you, but you have been wasting your time. These diets are what I like to call "MYTH DIETS". 

You see, low calorie diets do NOT work because your body's metabolism adjusts to the number of calories you eat. So, if you start eating less calories your body will adjust to burning off less calories. So STOP starving yourself because its not the way to get SKINNY.

LOW FAT DIET...Well that sounds like it has to work, BUT (yes there is another BUT...sorry) you and other people are buying low fat, non-fat, and fat free products every day. Are they helping you get SKINNY? I haven't seen it work for anyone.

I'm sure people have told you "Just stop eating carbs and you'll get SKINNY." Well, if you don't like eating apples, and you don't like enjoying your favorite restaurant meal then this diet will NOT work for you. Low carb diets are very strict and usually leave you feeling MISERABLE every day because they diet robs you of your carbohydrates. HEY PEOPLE, carbohydrates are what your body uses for energy, every day functions, and without them you'll be trying to push a heavy ball up a icy hill every day.
